Who issues the NOC
Groundwater abstraction and dewatering in Madhya Pradesh need a No Objection Certificate from CGWA, or from the state authority where the state regulates groundwater itself. We confirm which applies to your site, the category of its assessment unit, and whether groundwater modelling is needed under para 8 of the 29.03.2023 amendment.
