We build site-specific numerical models in MODFLOW (Visual MODFLOW Flex) and SEAWAT, with MT3D for solute transport. Each model starts from a conceptual section built on field data, is calibrated against observed heads, and is run for business-as-usual and mitigation scenarios. Results are reported as drawdown maps, radius of influence and water budgets in the format CGWA and EAC reviewers expect.
What you get
- Steady-state and transient flow models (MODFLOW, Visual MODFLOW Flex)
- HEC-RAS 1D/2D hydraulic and flood inundation modelling
- Climate change impact on rainfall, recharge and water availability
- Predictive scenarios for abstraction, dewatering and recharge
- SEAWAT models for coastal sites and the saline–fresh water interface
- Solute transport for effluent, landfill and industrial plumes
- Model review and peer review of third-party models
Who it is for
Industries in stressed blocks, coastal units, mines, and consultants who need an independent model review.
Common questions
What software do you use?
MODFLOW through Visual MODFLOW Flex, SEAWAT for variable-density flow, and MT3D for transport, with GIS pre- and post-processing.
How long does a model take?
It depends on data. Where pumping test and water level data exist, a model can be calibrated quickly; where they don't, field work comes first.
