Groundwater NOC for breweries, distilleries and beverage plants

Water is your raw material. CGWA knows it, and looks at beverage plants closely.

Beverage, brewery and distillery plants are often the largest groundwater users in their block. That brings a full report, a model, a water audit and a reduction target.

What CGWA will look at in your plant

💧Big volumes, so a modelMost plants draw well above 1 lakh litres a day, so an Impact Assessment Report with a 5 km groundwater model is almost always needed.
📉Your block's categoryIn over-exploited blocks, new units are restricted and expansion that increases pumping is not allowed. Check before you plan capacity.
🔄Water audit and a 20% cutAbove 1 lakh litres a day: a water audit every two years, and groundwater use cut by 20% over three years.
🧾Charges and a rebateAbstraction charges rise with volume and block category. Build working recharge structures and get a 50% rebate.

How we take you through it

Step 1Check

Block category, quantity, and whether a model is needed.

→
Step 2Study

Field survey, pumping test, water balance and the groundwater model.

→
Step 3File

Impact Assessment Report and the NOC application.

→
Step 4Save water

Water audit and a practical plan to cut use by 20%.
